School Partnerships

St Clement Danes engages in a variety of collaborative projects to ensure the highest quality education for its students. These initiatives provide stimulating inputs that enhance students’ educational experience and offer staff professional development opportunities through access to research and best practices beyond the school's community.

As a member of the Danes Educational Trust, St Clement Danes partners with the Bucks Hub to deliver Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and the Early Careers Framework (ECF). Additionally, we collaborate on bespoke Continued Professional Development and Learning (CPDL) across a network of partner schools. The school also leads a local Challenge Partner Hub of eight schools. Challenge Partners is a national organisation that builds long-term capacity within schools by fostering constructive collaboration and peer evaluation. This collaboration enables meaningful research and development by pooling expertise and resources, supporting local school improvement, and influencing the national education agenda.

Furthermore, the school heads the Science Learning Partnership across London and the South East, promoting professional development for staff to ensure high-quality Science teaching at all educational levels.

Our link with The Alban Teaching School Hub facilitates connections with schools across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. These connections are further strengthened by active involvement with universities such as the University of Hertfordshire, Brunel University, King's College, and Imperial College. We are also a Lead Partner for ITT for the Ambition Institute. Additionally, we maintain operational relationships with other teaching school alliances in the area and access research project funding and school support, from the National College for Teaching and Leadership.
